IT'S SHOWTIME!

The Cabaret Blue Moon is one of those Herräng traditions that never ever gets old. It’s a variety show created by Herrängers, for Herrängers! Imagine one of those talent shows in funny old black/white movies, minus the booing, and you got the picture.

We also don’t use a big hook to drag people off stage, when their time in the spotlight is up.

It’s not the famous Apollo Theatre Amateur Hour, but it’s high energy fun and seriously entertaining whether you’re on stage or enjoying what’s on it.

The golden rule for the Herräng Cabaret Blue Moon is:

It doesn't need to be good, it just needs to be short!

This classic tagline is true - your act doesn’t have to be good, it just needs to be short. Like 3 minutes, tops. All acts are equally appreciated, and someone might actually use an imaginary hook to get the show moving. :)

We’ve seen circus numbers, singing, puppetry, magic tricks, skits, dancing, storytelling, action, drama, horror (!) and comedy acts - all with various degrees of professionalism, and all in great spirit. Fabulous, just like Herräng always is!

Are you in? Yay! Then this is your cue to start rehearsing, and do your articulation exercises.* Get your act together, put the show on the road, and let our cool staff take care of all the logistics (fan you backstage, etc) as you entertain the world's nicest crowd.
