Boogie Woogie

Andreas’ dance career started with Swedish bugg (a long-distance relative to the lindy) when he was about five years old. His interest in dancing grew over the years and gradually his priority shifted from Swedish dances to the internationally recognized boogie woogie. At the same time he started to dance together with his present dance partner, Jessica Lennartsson. Their mutual career is and has been most comprehensive and includes several major titles in boogie woogie including Swedish Champions three times, European Champions once and World Champions three times. They are internationally well-known and are frequently seen out and about at different dance events teaching and/or performing. In 2007/2008 they also received Svenska Sportspegelpriset (Swedish Sport News Award) in recognition for their extra ordinary level of dancing and international success.
